We have 6 cats, so we don't even bother with a tree anymore. I miss it, but I don't miss coming home from work everyday with the branches knocked down and with several cats hanging out among the limbs of the tree. Merry Christmas!!!justwin4oncehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17475759553656042611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1795307518947791565.post-56184464236362387122014-12-18T23:39:24.166-07:002014-12-18T23:39:24.166-07:00Oh my goodness! If someone created a "tree fence" to protect their tree, they'd probably sell a bunch :o).Cindy C Bennetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12484322166192803433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1795307518947791565.post-81681412393888631692014-12-18T23:38:15.591-07:002014-12-18T23:38:15.591-07:00That's a great memory! That's a great memory!Cindy C Bennetthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12484322166192803433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1795307518947791565.post-17496386822935403032014-12-18T08:55:19.227-07:002014-12-18T08:55:19.227-07:00I love Christmas; it's my favorite holiday. My...I love Christmas; it's my favorite holiday. My husband has wanted a large dog forever, so recently he adopted a husky/rottweiller mix. He has said for years how he'd train HIS dog (I have four small dogs) and so on, and so forth. Of course he didn't. Harley quickly outgrew all four of the other dogs combined. We are on a very, very tight budget. Last year, my husband surprised us with a new artificial tree. It turns and had lights that change from white/clear to multi-color. I have lovely antique ornaments, as well as ornaments I've had forever. Harley's favorite food? Our Christmas tree. He ate the bottom three layers, or sat on them, or otherwise tried to destroy them. This was until he discovered he liked the ornaments even better. He destroyed only the most valuable or most special. We've had to move the remaining ornaments to the top third of the tree. Yes, he's grown THAT big. This dog is going to be a giant. But he's still well loved. :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10668919431444715614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1795307518947791565.post-68392523308941220772014-12-17T17:01:01.163-07:002014-12-17T17:01:01.163-07:00No tree is safe. It was the first time I celebrated christmas so getting to wake up and open my stocking and some gifts under the tree was really great. As was my cousin's fiance trying to explain football to me. It was just a really great day.Rhihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09160905368245544316noreply@blogger.com
