I really enjoy fairy tale retelling and this one is one of my favorites... I like that this was mostly clean with just a few moments of darkness in it...

This book was so fun...I loved Rapunzel, she was so trusting. I loved Fane and his ability to get Rapunzel to question and learn more about her world. I loved the beginning, the ending.

What I Love About Fairytales

For me the biggest appeal of fairytales lies in the magic. There’s always some kind of magic, be it a fairy godmother, the transformation of a beast into a handsome prince or a mermaid into a human, the poison of an apple or a spindle prick being reversed by true loves kiss, even a frog can be transformed by a kiss.
